This page explains what personal data Kaisync Solution AB (org.nr 559526-8656, Stockholm) handles through this website, and how. It follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

This website has no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. We do not record what you read here or count your visits.

When you write to us, through the contact form or directly, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name
• Your message

The contact form does not send anything by itself. Its button opens your own email program with the message ready, and nothing leaves your computer until you send it.

Two further things are handled outside our view:

• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address and basic request details to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We do not use that information.
• Your theme. Your browser remembers the theme you chose, light or dark, in its own storage. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to us, and clearing your site data removes it.

Legal basis

We process your data based on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us.

How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry
• To comply with legal obligations, such as bookkeeping if we go on to work together

We never add you to a mailing list.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict or object to our processing of it
• Receive your data in a portable format

Data retention

Your email is kept in our mailbox with our email provider, one.com, only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
